Individually designed pilates exercise program tailored to your needs based on postural analysis and your fitness goals established during initial appointment.
I use all STOTT pilates equipment including Reformer, Cadillac, Barrels, Stability Chair, and various props (foam rolls, bands). I would usually send you home with an individualized mat pilates exercise routine to reinforce principles we are working on at the studio.
Initial visit is focused on a comprehensive biomechanical evaluation of your symptoms of pain and dysfunction to determine a specific diagnosis. The next step is development of an intervention plan using pilates based exercise prescription and/or manual techniques if necessary, to help resolve pain and restore functional limitations. I will have a detailed discussion of prognosis and expectations of your treatment plan focused on recovery, future injury prevention, and steps for reaching your ultimate fitness goal. Lastly, I will send you home with an individualized home exercise program using an online portal to aid in the rehabilitation process.
Follow-up PT visits consist of a combination of manual techniques and pilates based exercises focused on restoring faulty movement patterns, muscle imbalances, myofascial restrictions, and joint limitations identified during initial evaluation.

Kat is an amazing PT: Knowledgeable, caring, a great listener who hones in on the problem and uses both manual therapy and exercise to help her patients work through pain and regain mobility. She is laser focused and skilled. Through Kat I have regained neck mobility that I thought was lost. And that's just one issue she's helped. I highly recommend Kat.
